Fundamental Coaching Skills- TK101

This course aims to provide the fundamental knowledge and skills that are necessary to enable the participants to discover and reach their potentials, to determine their primary goals in their lives as well as maintain that determination, to reach their goals, to increase their self-awareness, to gain behavioral flexibility, to communicate effectively, to manage conflicts and problems whilst gaining real-life experiences. The major goal of this course is to provide an introduction to coaching for individuals who would like to pursue it as a career and to improve their coaching abilities by teaching them the fundamental principles so that they can specialize in areas like student coaching, family coaching, and so on.
